Reclaim has no accounts. There is nothing to sign up for, no password, and no profile of you anywhere. This page says what the app keeps, the three things that do leave your phone, and one thing it could not see even if we wanted it to.
Your lists and the apps in them, your sessions and streak, everything you have said to a coach, and your name if you gave one. All of it is stored on the device.
If you are signed into iCloud, the same data is kept in your iCloud account so a new iPhone finds it already there. That copy is held by Apple under your Apple ID. We have no access to it and no way to read it.
Reclaim shows how long you spend in each app. It never receives those numbers. iOS hands Screen Time data to a small extension that runs in its own process, and the system forbids that extension from passing anything out of itself — it may draw the figures on your screen and nothing else. This is enforced by iOS, not by our good intentions.
When Nova counts squats or push-ups, the camera feed goes to Apple's on-device Vision framework and nowhere else. No video is recorded, saved or transmitted. What comes back is a number of repetitions.
Supabase hosts our database and server function, in the European Union (Ireland). Anthropic provides the AI that writes Reid's replies; it receives only the request described above. PostHog receives the list of moments above, on its European servers (Frankfurt), and nothing else. None of them is allowed to use your data for anything but providing that service to us.
Settings → Your data → erase removes everything the app holds on the device. Deleting the app removes it too, and takes its permissions with it. To remove the iCloud copy, use Settings → your name → iCloud on your iPhone.
Reclaim asks iOS for Screen Time access as an individual, for the person holding the phone — not as a parent managing a child's device. It is not intended for children.
reclaim.support.app@gmail.com. Because there is no account, we usually cannot look anything up about you — which is the point.
