Reclaim

A coach between you and the scroll.

Reclaim holds the apps that eat your evenings, and puts someone in front of every way back in. Not a timer you can dismiss — a person who answers.

The Today screen: minutes reclaimed today, the week so far, and where the day went.

How it works

You choose what to hold and when. When you reach for it, a coach is standing there — and which coach you picked decides what happens next.

Vale refuses

There is no unlock button, and he does not pretend there is. One emergency pass a week.

Nova charges

Squats or push-ups, counted by the camera on your phone. The window opens on the last one.

Reid listens

You say why you need in, and he decides — fifteen minutes, then ten, then five, then nothing until tomorrow.

Every number is one you can check

Minutes reclaimed come from sessions the app actually ran. Screen time comes from iOS itself. There are no points, no scores and no figures invented to make a chart look encouraging.

What stays on your phone

Your lists, your streak and your screen time never leave it. iCloud carries them between your own devices, and we never see any of it. There is no account to make and no password to lose. The privacy policy says exactly what does leave, and why.
